ChromoGenics Enters Strategic Partnership with Flachglas MarkenKreis
Swedish prop-tech company ChromoGenics has partnered with the well-established German glass network Flachglas MarkenKreis. This collaboration marks a significant step in ChromoGenics' expansion plans in the German market, reinforcing its position as a leading European player in dynamic glass solutions.
As trusted advisors, Flachglas MarkenKreis, along with its members and consulting team, plays a key role in the glass industries of Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and Austria. They are also renowned for publishing The Glass Handbook, an industry-standard reference widely used by European architects and property developers. Through this partnership, ChromoGenics and Flachglas MarkenKreis see significant synergies, gaining access to both technical expertise and an established network of glass wholesalers – further enhancing their growth opportunities in the region.
A win-win for the German Market
Flachglas MarkenKreis operates through two key pillars: a central advisory team that provides expert guidance on glass technologies, working closely with architects and property developers to ensure optimal specifications, and a network of member companies (“glass processors”) delivering high-quality solutions across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the Netherlands.
Through the partnership with ChromoGenics, MarkenKreis can now offer tailored recommendations on dynamic glass solutions, including customisation options for size, shape, and performance features. Customers benefit from continuing to work with trusted local glass experts and suppliers while enjoying the unmatched flexibility of ConverLight® technology. Additionally, local production reduces transport distances, delivery times, and CO₂ emissions, making it a sustainable choice. Simply put, it’s a true win-win for customers.
New Name, Same Technology
Previous projects realized in collaboration with Kuzmann, a member of Flachglas MarkenKreis, have showcased the immense potential of combining ChromoGenics' cutting-edge ConverLight® technology with the association's extensive network and expertise. Building on this success, Flachglas MarkenKreis will now leverage ConverLight® technology to launch INFRASELECT® dynamic.
This partnership is a step towards strengthening our presence in Germany and a testament to the world-class quality of our solutions. Flachglas MarkenKreis's strong market position and local expertise enable us to connect with even more potential buyers in this region, where the demand for sustainable and dynamic glass solutions is steadily growing.
