Meet Our New Chief Marketing Officer
We are glad to welcome Lenita Janson-Herlitz to the ChromoGenics team! With an extensive background in strategic communication, digital innovation, and marketing, Lenita brings a ton of experience as she steps into her role as our new Chief Marketing Officer.
From Public to Private
Lenita’s career began in the public sector, working on digital communication and web-based projects. Recognising the power of strategic marketing, she transitioned into a career as a freelance consultant, spending years advising companies on digital transformation and communication strategies. Most recently, she served as Chief Marketing Officer at a rapidly growing AI company, where she played a pivotal role in aligning the sales and marketing teams to create a stronger customer journey.
When a former colleague introduced her to ChromoGenics, Lenita was immediately drawn to the opportunity to combine her passion for technology, sustainability, and marketing. Now, she is eager to strengthen our brand, refine internal and external communications, and take the lead in our global marketing strategy.
This technology is new not only to me but also to the construction industry at large. My biggest challenge will be to shape ChromoGenics’ message in a way that ensures its full potential is realised, convincing new audiences that this is the future of energy optimisation and solar protection solutions – Janson-Herlitz
